Who we are
Fragenpilot is run by Sava Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16124943. Our registered office is Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person who uses the site.

By buying or using Fragenpilot you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What Fragenpilot is
Fragenpilot is practice material for the Austrian citizenship test. You answer practice questions in the format of the test, see your result, and see which topic needs work. Fragenpilot is an independent practice platform. We are not part of any authority, and we do not book or run the test.
It is study material and general information. It is not legal advice, and it does not help with anyone's application. Your result in the real test comes from your own answers on the day. Please read our disclaimer too.
What you buy
You can take one practice test free. If you pay, you get access on this site to the full practice tests for the test you chose, your results, and an explanation after each answer.
- The price is on the pricing page, next to the pay button. It is in euros and is the total you pay. VAT is included.
- One payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews. We never charge you again.
- Access starts when we have your payment and lasts the period you chose. The end date is on your receipt.
- You can accept or decline the purchase before you pay, and fix a mistake first. The pay button is the point where you accept. Until you press it, you have bought nothing.
- You get a copy of these terms and your order by email as soon as you have paid.
Access is for one person. Please do not share your login.
Payment
Our payment provider takes the payment for us. You get a receipt by email. We never see or keep your card number.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. When you buy access to digital content that we give you at once, you lose that right if you have expressly asked for access at once and confirmed that you lose the right once we have given you access. At checkout we ask for both in a box you tick yourself. If you do not tick it, you do not buy.
We also always put these three things right with a refund:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase. We refund the extra charge.
- You were charged a wrong amount. We refund the difference.
- You paid and did not get the access. If we cannot give you the access, we refund the payment.
Write to [email protected] and say which one it is. This does not take away any right you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Our content and how you may use it
Every question and explanation on Fragenpilot is written by us, in our own words, to match the topics of the test. They are not the real test questions, and we do not have them. Our questions, explanations, text and design are ours and protected by copyright.
You may use Fragenpilot to study, for yourself, on this site. You may not copy, download, record, share, publish or sell any part of it, or use a robot or scraper. You may not use it to build, train or prompt another product, including an AI tool. We may stop automated or unusual use. If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the part you did not use.
Your account
We sign you in with a code that we email to you. There is no password. Please keep your email safe, because anyone who reads your email can sign in as you. Tell us if you think someone else is using your access.
The test is not ours
The authorities set the content, dates, fee and pass mark of the real test, and can change them at any time. Always check the responsible office's own page before you plan your test. Your result depends on your own study and on the day. Practice results do not promise a test result.
We keep the site running all day, every day. Like any website, it can still be down for a short time.
Emails
We send account emails, such as your sign-in code and your receipt. They carry no promotion. We send marketing emails only if you ticked the box, or within 2 years after a purchase. Every marketing email has a free unsubscribe link. See the privacy policy for more.
Changes and contact
We may add, correct or remove questions, for example when the test or the study material changes. We will not change the service so that it is substantially less than what you paid for. If we stop the whole service while you still have paid access left, we refund the part you did not use.
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you paid apply to your purchase, except where the law makes us change them. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email.
Responsibility and law
We are responsible for the loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or the law. We are not responsible for what the authorities decide. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, including your consumer rights in Austria, or our liability for fraud. These terms follow the law of England and Wales, but Austrian consumer law still applies to your purchase.
